Hilman Arioaji is provoking communities to better understand their environment using data, art & stories. He initiated an inclusive co-creation lab called ‘Outsmarting Disaster’ with U-INSPIRE Indonesia to disseminate disaster knowledge from the local level. He’s leveraging open-source software and hardware to collect and share field-based research data and transform complex weather, climate and earth science into credible data.
